Food Glossary: Chimichurri
Hmmmmmm!! Chimichurri is an essential sauce to accompany a steak. It originates from Argentina and Uruguay but is used elsewhere in South and Central America. It is both served as an accompaniment to steak and also as a marinade.
Made from parsley, garlic, oil, vinegar and red pepper flakes as well as a variety of additional flavourings dependent upon the chef this spicy sauce really adds a kick to your steak!
